Alumni/Parents
When Hillside students graduate, their relationship with the school continues. Our alumni group is an integral part of the Hillside community and we take pride in keeping our former students involved.
Alums are always welcome to come back to Hillside to catch up with faculty members, share stories with current students and revisit their favorite campus spots. In addition to impromptu visits, we encourage our alumni to reconnect with Hillside and each other through several alumni events held throughout the year. During the 2007-2008 academic year, alums enjoyed a summer barbecue as well as an outing to a Boston Celtics game. We also encourage Hillside alumni to attend our annual school wide events, such as Farm Day, DAR Day and our golf tournament. We are always planning for future alumni events and we value all suggestions from our former students!
Attending Hillside events is one way our alums offer support to the school, but generosity comes in a variety of forms. Our Alumni Council members are particularly generous, as they offer their time to Hillside by serving as representatives of the entire alumni group. Alums also provide the school with financial contributions. A gift from a former student is especially meaningful as it represents a willingness to give back and honors the Hillside experience.
As online communication becomes the choice for more of our alums, we hope to make staying in touch as convenient as possible through the use of email and email newsletters. For the convenience of our donors, we offer an online giving option which makes contributing to Hillside quick and easy.
